BNCFRQ is a San Jose-based arts education contractor specializing in placing qualified Visual Art and Music instructors with schools and educational programs across the Bay Area.

Founded in 2022, BNCFRQ was built on the belief that every student — regardless of their learning environment — deserves access to high-quality arts education. We work directly with school districts, charter schools, and private schools to provide vetted, experienced teaching artists who bring creativity, structure, and passion into the classroom.

BNCFRQ currently serves the Alternative Education Department of the Santa Clara County Office of Education, providing contracted Music and Visual Art instruction across their programs. Beyond the classroom, BNCFRQ offers recording arts programming, community arts initiatives, and creative consulting services rooted in years of real-world experience in digital media and community engagement.

Led by Founder and Program Director Sebastian Scheinhart — a Teaching Artist, Studio Director, and former digital media strategist — BNCFRQ bridges the gap between creative communities and the institutions that serve them.

Partner with us to bring arts education to your students.
