John Chaump

John Chaump, MBA, is a results-driven Regional Manager at Barnes & Noble Education, currently overseeing 42 campus stores across a three-state region. With over 20 years of experience in retail management, they previously held multiple store management roles, focusing on enhancing student experiences and driving brand loyalty. In addition, John served as President of the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association, where they modernized the organization and expanded its membership. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University.
