Josh Wester has worked in the technical and customer service industries since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Farm Hand for Beaver Creek Enterprises, Inc. Josh also worked as a CRM Consultant for Eagle Creek Software Services, where they customized CRM interfaces according to Client needs using minimal HTML and SQL. In 2013, they became a Deployment Technician for John Deere Electronic Solutions, where they performed system upgrades concerning the transition from Windows XP to Windows 7, used proprietary tools to maintain technician data during upgrade process, and monitored upgrades and performed testing to ensure data integrity. In 2014, they began working for BNG Team as a Senior Technical Lead, Payment Support Manager, and Terminal Technician. In this role, they provided phone, email, and onsite support for credit card processing devices, as well as phone and email support for businesses using BNG Gateway and ConnectBooster software. Additionally, they began working for BNG Technologies, LLC as a POS Technician, where they worked with Clients to ensure Restaurant Manager functionality, performed onsite installations, and processed phone, email, and onsite troubleshooting and repair.

Josh Wester attended Delta College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate's degree in PC System Support & Technology.
