Bernd Geisel

Bernd Geisel is a Lean and Agile Trainer with over 30 years of experience in leading change processes within corporations, SMEs, and the Bundeswehr. They currently work as a coach, trainer, and consultant at SYNK GROUP and MEHRWERTSTATT, focusing on sustainable improvements in management and team collaboration. Previously, Geisel held roles such as Ideas Manager at Heraeus and Director at Leoni, where they developed and implemented continuous improvement systems. They are also an experienced lecturer on agile methods and leadership at the Bundeswehr Leadership Academy and serve as a reservist in civil-military cooperation. Geisel holds a Diplom Pädagoge degree from the Universität der Bundeswehr München.
