Mary Thompson -

Mary Thompson is the Chief Executive Officer of BNI Global and chairs the International Franchise Association. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Neighborly from 2015 to 2024, overseeing operations across multiple franchise brands. Earlier in their career, they were President of Cookies by Design (1994–2006) and President of Mr. Rooter Plumbing Corporation (2006–2015). They also held leadership roles at The Dwyer Group as Vice President International Relations (2011–2015) and Executive Vice President, and they served as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1985 to 1993.
