Norm Dominguez

Norm Dominguez began their career at Coors Brewery in 1971, participating in a management training program and spending several years in the marketing department. In 1983, they transitioned to the wireless communications industry, founding a small company in Phoenix, AZ in 1986. After selling the wireless company in 1991, Norm dedicated their efforts to the referral marketing industry with BNI, where they have served as US National Director since 2000 and currently hold the title of Vice Chairman Emeritus. Norm co-founded Possi Global Inc in 2017 and operates as a Business Owner at Referral Hub LLC. They earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed in 1976.
