They are the Chief Executive Officer of MINDED consulting, where they lead business, financial, and franchise counseling for clients.
They previously served as Vice President Sales at Pele-Shetach from 2008 to 2011 and as Laboratory and Technical Director at Pelephone from 2001 to 2008, and they were a business partner and COO of Marketing and Sales at Goout from 2003 to 2006.
They currently chair the Netanya branch of Lahav and the Shehakim chapter of BNI, are a member of the Knesset Legislation Committee in franchising, and host a weekly business radio program.
They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ruppin Academic Center (2009–2012) and a Coaching Diploma from The Open University of Israel (2012–2013).
