Robert J. Smith

Robert J. Smith is an experienced attorney with over 30 years of focus on real estate matters, litigation, wills and trusts, and general business representation in New York City and surrounding areas. Smith's legal career began as an associate at Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP, followed by a position at Berger, Steingut & Stern, and later serving as Of Counsel at Gulotta Grabiner Law Group, PLLC. Since 1993, Smith has been the Principal Attorney at the Law Office of Robert J. Smith, actively involved in the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives. Additionally, Smith is an adjunct professor at Baruch College, teaching Real Estate Law, and has been a member and past President of the BNI Manhattan Chapter 7. Smith holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School (1983).
