Hans Nettelblad is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in sustainable design and project management. Starting a career at Lintecum Architects, Inc. as a Project Architect from 1990 to 1996, Nettelblad gained comprehensive knowledge in design, cost estimating, specification writing, and construction documentation. Since joining BNIM in January 1996, Nettelblad has served as Principal and Associate Principal, leading notable projects such as the renovation and construction of a new downtown Kansas City hotel, multiple renovations of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and the REACH expansion at John F. Nettelblad's expertise encompasses all phases of the architectural profession, contributing significantly to large multi-million dollar projects. Educated at The University of Kansas, Nettelblad earned a B.A. in Architecture from 1985 to 1990.
