Ca-rin Miles has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership since 2003, where responsibilities include new hire orientation, employee relations, benefits management, and internship placement. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Administrator at the Catholic Academy of West Buffalo from 2000 to 2010, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Sheehan Memorial Hospital from 1998 to 2000. Ca-rin Miles holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Medaille University and a Certificate of Completion in Human Resources Assistant from the University at Buffalo.
