Sharon Randaccio

Sharon Randaccio is the President & CEO of Performance Management Partners Inc., a talent management company in Upstate New York that focuses on improving client performance through effective people decisions. With over 20 years of senior management experience, Sharon has held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as a Board Director at First Niagara Bank and Catholic Health, and currently at New Buffalo, Inc. and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership. A recipient of numerous awards, including Business First's '40 under 40' and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University at Buffalo, Sharon also teaches at the Harvard Business School of Buffalo and has previously held leadership positions in regional banks. Sharon earned a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University at Buffalo and graduated from the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
