We offer a range of services including onsite massage, yoga, meditation, life coaching, mindfulness, nutrition and herbal medicine.

All our practitioners are fully qualified, insured and with over 10 years of experience in their expertise.

Our logo

Our logo is a fusion of the yin-yan symbol and our initials “bns”, which stand for “back neck shoulders”. The whole idea was inspired from the Eastern mentality of maintaining a healthy balance for body-mind-soul through regular massages, exercise and positive thinking. We chose the colour orange as it represents vitality and wellbeing.
