Barbara Lance

Barbara Lance has extensive experience in logistics and account management, currently serving as a Team Lead at Advantage Solutions since March 2023. From September 2009, Barbara has held multiple roles at BNSF Logistics, including Account Manager and Transportation Coordinator II and III, where responsibilities encompassed securing equipment for loads, negotiating with carriers, and enhancing service profitability. Prior to BNSF Logistics, Barbara was Team Leader for Licensing/Adjuster Education at Claims Management, Inc., overseeing licensing for 600 adjusters across three states. Barbara's career began as a Travel Agent at AAA Travel. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business & Logistics from NorthWest Arkansas Community College and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from McLennan Community College.
