Heather Easter is the Global Head of Enterprise Campus Recruitment at BNY Mellon, a position held since 2021. Previously, Heather served as Vice President at Citigroup, where Heather specialized in Human Resources and training programs from 1999 to 2009. Following that, Heather worked at Nomura Securities as Vice President, leading Campus and Lateral Recruitment from 2009 to 2016, and was a Resource Manager at Robert Half from 2017 to 2020. Heather is currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at Hofstra University.
