Mitchell Nova is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in digital strategy and operational performance. They served as Operations Performance Manager at BBC from 2008 to 2012, where they established an operational strategy for customer services, and held various leadership roles including Head of Programme Delivery within the Digital Lab and Head of Performance Improvement for BBC Online. Prior to their time at BBC, Mitchell worked as a Business Improvement Consultant at BT, focusing on customer service strategies for the Global Services division, and as Head of Digital Innovation at PADDYPOWER, where they generated new digital propositions for business development. Mitchell's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Engineering at BNY Pershing EMEA.
