Wayne Chen is an experienced auditor with a robust background in public accounting and internal audit within private companies. They have specialized in SOX 404 Compliance, particularly in designing and testing controls aligned with COSO 2013 standards. Wayne's previous roles include serving as a Staff Auditor at Triton Container, where they performed financial audits on the company's financial instrument portfolio, and as a Senior Internal Auditor at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., focusing on internal process audits and SOX controls. Currently, Wayne holds the position of Vice President of SOX and Controls at BNY while also serving as a Senior Internal Audit Manager at BitGo, where they oversee audits related to digital asset custody and DeFi services.
