Will Gardner

Will Gardner has extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors, specializing in customer experience, marketing, and product management. At ASB Bank, from August 2018 to July 2020, Will served as Senior Manager for Segments, overseeing strategies for Everyday Banking and Youth, and held roles as Customer Experience Owner and Senior Product Manager, focusing on improving customer journeys and managing a general insurance portfolio. Prior to ASB, Will worked at IAG New Zealand as a Marketing Portfolio Manager, enhancing relationships with financial institutions and developing marketing solutions. Currently, Will is employed at BNZ as Senior Acquisition & Retention Manager, where responsibilities include improving customer acquisition and retention across various portfolios. Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Otago, with additional educational qualifications from Victoria University of Wellington and The University of British Columbia.
