Maxime Rocher

Maxime Rocher is a seasoned production manager with extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Responsable de production at BOA CONCEPT since October 2015. Maxime’s role encompasses managing assembly agents and warehouse staff, along with overseeing production scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop and storage areas. Prior to this position, Maxime held various roles in logistics engineering and methods management at recognized companies such as ABB and Bosch Rexroth, focusing on supply chain optimization, stock management, and team collaboration. Maxime possesses a robust educational background with a Master’s degree in Operations Management from iaelyon School of Management and specialized qualifications in Lean Manufacturing and Quality Management.
