David Dickensheets

David Dickensheets is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation and Operations Officer at BOA® since April 2013, David has led the development of multiple product lines across various consumer segments, overseeing functional teams in engineering, design, and marketing. Previous roles at BOA® include Vice President and Director of Product Development, as well as management positions focused on product performance and reliability. Prior to BOA®, David gained valuable experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Nexant, an intern at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and as a Product Development Engineer at Disher Design and Development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Market Research from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Calvin University.
