Ryan Wesson

Ryan Wesson is a Laboratory Manager at BOA® since April 2021, with prior experience as a Wear Test Analyst for The North Face, a VF Company, from October 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included collecting sensory and mechanical data for pre-production apparel. Wesson's background at BOA® also includes a role as a Test Engineer from June 2014 to October 2019, focused on creating product requirement documentation and developing laboratory test procedures. Earlier experience as Lead Engineering Technician involved collaboration with engineers to conduct strength and performance tests, alongside maintenance of laboratory equipment. Prior to the engineering roles, Wesson worked as Assistant General Manager at Salvagetti Bicycle Workshop, managing daily operations and customer service. Educational qualifications include attendance at The University of Akron and the United Bicycle Institute, as well as a high school diploma from Skyline High School, obtained in 2007.
