Steve Mele

Steve Mele is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the sports and apparel industry, currently serving as VP GM - APAC COMMERCIAL at BOA® since February 2024. Previously, Steve held various senior roles at adidas, including GM/Vice President of Outdoor Terrex for Greater China, Vice President of the Outdoor Business Unit, and Senior Category Director for Basketball. Steve's experience spans over a decade in product marketing and category management, with notable positions at adidas Creation Center Tokyo and adidas Japan. Steve’s educational background includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in International Relations from the International University of Japan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University.
