Toby McDell

Toby McDell serves as Vice President of Global Marketing and Head of Marketing for EMEA at BOA® since January 2018, contributing to both regional and global leadership teams. Prior experience includes a decade at Red Bull in various roles, culminating as Head of Global Marketing (Non-Energy), where responsibilities spanned from global project leadership to strategic direction and execution of marketing programs. Earlier positions involved significant account management and integrated marketing within industries such as beverages and spirits. Toby holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing/Management from the University of Otago, complemented by additional qualifications in financial analysis and sales promotion.
