Alec Gillespie

Alec Gillespie is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Board Intelligence since November 2025. Prior to this role, Alec held various leadership positions at GWI, including Senior Director of Customer Operations and Customer Success Director, contributing to the company's growth from March 2018 to October 2025. Earlier experience includes a career break for travel and work in the Asia Pacific region, as well as roles at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) where Alec progressed from Intern to Senior Client Solutions Associate between November 2014 and September 2016. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French & Hispanic Studies from The University of Sheffield and has furthered education at Université Bordeaux Montaigne and the University of Valencia.
