Andrew Marsh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andrew started their career at Admiral Group plc in the New Business Group. Andrew then moved on to KPMG Advisory where they served as an Assistant Manager in Restructuring. At KPMG UK, they worked in the Special Situations Group/Turnaround Team as a Manager, focusing on repairing value destruction in stressed and distressed situations. Marsh then joined AbbVie where they served as the Global Operations Deployment Lead, managing the strategy and implementation of the new target operating model for the distribution and logistics function. Andrew returned to KPMG UK as a Manager in Management Consulting, working with multinational companies to improve processes and performance. Marsh then transitioned to KPMG US, where they held the role of Director in M&A Deal Advisory, specializing in technology, media, and telecoms. Eventually, they joined Panaseer, a start-up cybersecurity company, as the VP of Finance and Legal, leading the Finance, Legal, and People teams through multiple rounds of fundraising and scaling the company. Currently, Marsh is working at Board Intelligence as the Chief Financial Officer, using technology solutions to create effective board packs.

Andrew Marsh received their BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2005. Andrew then pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification and completed the ACA program at ICAEW in 2009. Andrew obtained the ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in the same year.
