Since 2010, Board Member Connect has specialized in one thing: building better boards.

We connect nonprofits with passionate, high-level executives who transform governance—not just fill seats. We partner with Fortune 500 companies to place their leaders on mission-aligned nonprofit boards. And we match accomplished executives with board opportunities where their skills and values create real impact.

What makes us different?

Human intelligence over algorithms. Every candidate is personally interviewed and thoughtfully matched—no databases, no automation, just white-glove service built on 30+ years of combined nonprofit experience.

We've served hundreds of nonprofit organizations nationwide, partnered with companies like KPMG, Accenture, Amazon, and American Express, and placed thousands of executives on boards where they belong.

Three audiences. One mission: Connecting accomplished leaders with missions that matter.

→ Nonprofits: Find board members who elevate your mission
→ Corporations: Develop leaders through strategic board service
→ Executives: Serve on boards aligned with your purpose
