Lauren Shultz

Lauren Shultz is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in leading membership organizations and developing professional communities. Currently serving as Executive Director at Assemble and Board.org since March and January 2019 respectively, Lauren oversees operations, revenue retention, and event planning while managing teams dedicated to enhancing membership health. Previously, as Membership Director for SocialMedia.org, Lauren contributed to the growth of a peer-to-peer community for social media leaders, and held key roles at AIGA Design, focusing on membership strategy and chapter development for a large professional design organization. Lauren's educational background includes a Master's in International Arts Administration from St. John International University and a Bachelor's in Art History and Italian Language from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a certificate from the Yale School of Management.
