We are building a strong network through:

- developing a database of women who have self-identified as “Board Ready” including basic skillsets, prior Board experience, areas of interest and contact information
- compiling a database of “Board Experienced” women who are available to connect and mentor our “Board Ready” women.
- creating a repository of Board opportunities, communications, tools and techniques to assist in the purpose.
- organizing quarterly events to share ideas and progress as well as providing networking opportunities with other “Board Ready” and "Board Experienced" women and male counterparts to promote awareness and socialization of the issue of gender diversity on Boards.
