Devni Galabada

Devni Galabada is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at BoardPAC since June 2025, Devni previously held the position of Legal Officer at the Colombo Stock Exchange from April 2021 to June 2025, where responsibilities included drafting and executing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder coordination. Earlier experience includes roles as Junior Legal Officer and Legal Intern at the Colombo Stock Exchange, where Devni conducted legal research and assisted in governance policy reviews, and as a Legal Intern at TRIVE International, facilitating company incorporation and supporting arbitration proceedings. Devni holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Colombo, with ongoing legal training at Sri Lanka Law College.
