Michael Thilip

Michael Thilip has extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as IOS Senior Technical Lead at BoardPAC since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading the development of secure board paper automation solutions. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at IronOne Technologies LLC, including Senior Software Engineer, focusing on both IOS solutions and an Order Management System. Previous experience includes software engineering at DirectFN, where multiple financial portals were designed and maintained, and early career experience as an Associate Software Engineer at IronOne Technologies, contributing to an online trading system. Michael holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Colombo and a BSc (Hons) in IT from SLIIT.
