Xin Chen

Xin Chen has a strong background in the software quality assurance field, with experience in various organizations such as Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro, International Game Technology, Motorola, Autodesk, Inc., and Harley Davidson Financial Services. They have experience leading teams both onsite, remote, and offshore. From 2016 to 2020, Xin Chen worked at CareCru as a Technical Lead, responsible for developing and executing software quality assurance plans and activities. In 2020, they joined BoardPAC as a Director of Software Quality Assurance.

Xin Chen pursued higher education at Simon Fraser University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Computer Information Technology degree from the Department of Computer Science. Prior to that, Xin Chen attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2004 to 2008 and completed a Bachelor of Information Management degree. Their field of study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University was focused on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
