Having previously held HR leadership positions at companies like BlueScope and BDO in Australia, Chris has a passion for creating engaging workplaces and enhancing leadership capabilities. Chris is also the founder of Foundations for Scale, dedicated to supporting growing businesses in their HR journeys. Chris earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Queensland.
