Danielle Gilmore

Danielle Gilmore, PhD, MPP, CHES, serves as the Director of Learning & Research at BoardSource, where they lead research initiatives aimed at enhancing nonprofit leadership and governance. They previously held positions as a Project Management Consultant at INTEGRIS Cancer Institute and as a Research Assistant at the George Washington Institute of Public Policy, where they authored reports impacting workforce development policy. Danielle has extensive experience in community-based participatory research and qualitative methods, contributing to various initiatives addressing health disparities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, they have been a researcher at The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Disparities Solutions since 2016, focusing on health issues affecting marginalized groups.
