JP O'Connor, FASAE, is the owner of O'Connor Leadership Consulting, Facilitation & Training, with over 30 years of experience collaborating with associations, professional societies, and nonprofit organizations globally. Specializing in board and leadership development, strategic planning, and volunteer management, JP O'Connor also serves as a governance consultant for Beauty Bus Foundation and a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer. Additional roles include facilitating strategic planning retreats and training for Family Promise, LA Dental Society, and NCL, Inc. JP O'Connor has also contributed as faculty at UCLA Extension and co-facilitated the Leadership Burbank program. Educational qualifications include a BA from Pomona College and an MA from the University of Southern California.
