Shannon Jeffries

Shannon Jeffries, M.Ed., is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at BoardSource, where they leverage nearly a decade of experience in education, nonprofit, and philanthropy to drive change through strategic partnerships and community building. Previously, they served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland Global Campus, and held roles at organizations like New Futures DC and DCI - District of Columbia International School, where they developed comprehensive college preparation programs. Shannon co-created the Tanna Fund at Ìpàdé, and has contributed to various educational initiatives, focusing on impactful learning experiences and engaging narratives. They hold a Master of Education from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
