Boardvance is dedicated to bridging the crucial gap for women who are already qualified but need support during the pivotal one to five years before securing their first board role. Our story is one of empowerment, resilience and community. We have evolved from a grassroots effort into an organization advocating for women in governance, committed to creating a world where women's leadership is not the exception but the norm.

Our innovative approach, encapsulated in the Boardvance Navigator Program, ensures that no woman stands alone on her journey to boardroom success. It differentiates Boardvance from the market of board-readiness initiatives by guiding and empowering women on the verge of securing their first corporate board seat.

The Boardvance Founding Partners Program is an exclusive launch initiative to attract visionary organizations and individuals committed to supporting Boardvance's startup and long-term growth. This program offers exclusive benefits, recognition and leadership opportunities for those who invest in the initial stages, helping to seed the future of gender diversity in corporate boardrooms.

Join us to build the future of corporate governance, one board seat at a time!

Boardvance participates in OneOC’s Fiscal Sponsorship program. OneOC is a 501(c)(3) headquartered in Santa Ana, California, dedicated to accelerating nonprofit success.
