Max Mann

Max Mann is the Outside Services Supervisor at Birdwood Golf Course, where they train staff and ensure optimal operation of outside facilities for guest satisfaction. They previously held positions at Farmington Country Club as a Golf Outside Services Representative and at Boar's Head Resort as a Pro Shop Attendant, where they enhanced guest experiences and managed scheduling. With a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from James Madison University, Max has also gained experience in facilities maintenance and team leadership through various roles in recreational settings. Additionally, they worked with the U.S. Department of Commerce, utilizing GPS technology to manage government address databases.
