Founded by Wade Wondrasek, Boax was built on a rare combination of hands-on field experience and engineering leadership developed through years of real operational exposure.

As Wade puts it:
"I believe reputation is everything. I’ve built confidence and trust in the oil and gas community through a unique hands-on approach where I personally manage every drilling program along with a highly skilled team to ensure integrity, optimization and overall success of your project. I look at every project as an opportunity to raise the standard of drilling operations, offering innovative ways to increase efficiency and decrease days and dollars."

At Boax, reputation is earned through execution.
