"Total Water Treatment"

Bob Johnson & Associates is excited to announce that we are now part of industry leader Kemco Systems. We understand that to be the best in class in customer satisfaction, it is paramount that our company strives for best in class in quality, reliability, and performance on all or our products through a systematic approach that emphasizes quality at every phase of the project life cycle. From initial design conception, to fabrication, test, and assembly; quality is built-in and assured to enable our company to consistently deliver innovative products and services that offer high value in terms of function, price, quality, safety and environmental performance. As water treatment professionals, our goal is to continue to provide quality up-to-date technical data, problem water solutions, and regulation compliance information to our customers.

Our employees, suppliers, and dealers must be engaged to sustain and deliver quality and performance. We believe that quality values must be internalized at every level of the organization. Our approach to communicating and implementing these values is one of encouragement, education and training rather than policing. Ongoing education, certifications and individual support provide employees with the tools, confidence, and motivation they need to implement Bob Johnson & Associates’ quality philosophy.
