Світлана Гладка is the Director of Production at Bob Snail, where they have organized production activities and implemented efficient planning methods since 2018. They previously served as General Director and Head of Production at Bayadera Group in 2015 and held various roles, including Deputy General Director and Director of Quality and New Projects at Nemiroff from 2005 to 2014. Світлана earned a Master’s degree in Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology from Vinnytsia National Technical University between 1988 and 1993.
