Carissa Graff

Carissa Graff, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Partner (HR Business Partner) and Human Resources Manager at Bobcat Company since March 2022. With a diverse background in human resources, Carissa has held various roles including Certified Trainer and Coach at The John Maxwell Team since August 2019, Human Resources Site Leader at Sysco North Dakota from January 2021 to March 2022, and Employee Relations Manager at National Hospitality Services for a brief period in early 2020. Carissa's experience in human resources also includes positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Integrity Windows and Doors, Human Resources Generalist at TMI Hospitality and Integrity Windows and Doors, and Recruiter at SEI LLC. Carissa began a professional career in customer service as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Gate City Bank from November 1999 to January 2005. Carissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University.
