Gareth Shaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supplier development, quality management, and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Supplier Development Manager at Bobcat Company since September 2019, Gareth leads the EMEA supplier development function for new product development projects, focusing on Advanced Product Quality Planning and strategic supplier improvement initiatives. Previously, at Inteva Products, Gareth held several key roles, including Supplier Development Manager and Product Line Quality Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing customer incidents.
