Jonathan Ness

Jonathan Ness possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and labor relations management, currently serving as Maintenance Manager and Production Process Leader at Bobcat Company since August 2010. With a focus on overseeing processes, personnel, and equipment in a workforce of 1300 employees, Jonathan has also held positions including Labor Relations Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing union-related issues and contract negotiations, and Product Cell Leader II, supervising over 70 employees in a production environment. Jonathan's career at Bobcat Company began as a line scheduler, advancing through roles such as Production Planner and Inventory Control Specialist, contributing to operational efficiency and staff development.
