Mason Young

Mason Young is an experienced operations manager currently serving as Operations Manager - Training at Bobcat Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mason held multiple key positions at HolcimUS from February 2010 to April 2023, including Operations Manager - Ready Mix, overseeing 19 ready mix plants across a 22,000 square mile region, directing safety, production, dispatch, and maintenance functions, and managing a workforce of over 120 employees. Mason also served as Production (Area) Manager and Distribution Manager, along with roles as Project Manager, Production Engineer, and Sales Analyst. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from North Dakota State University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Global RMX Concrete Operations & Management from the University of Derby.
