Matthew Olson

Matthew Olson is an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience at Bobcat Company, where the current role is Director of People Relations. In this position, Matthew leads North America's HR People Relations Team, providing strategic advisory services to Operations Leaders to enhance talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. Prior roles include overseeing HR’s People Relations team, managing HR functions for Ground Maintenance Equipment, and participating in talent management and labor relations. Prior to Bobcat, Matthew owned Oahe Windshield, Inc. for 17 years. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and English from Concordia College.
