Rich Lehmann

Rich Lehmann is an experienced professional in operations and project management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the OPEX / Lean Six Sigma Manager at Bobcat Company since October 2001, Rich leads a team focused on Continuous Improvement Projects aimed at enhancing quality, capacity, and efficiency within manufacturing. Prior roles at Bobcat include Program Manager, responsible for guiding New Product Development teams, and Sourcing Specialist, managing substantial electrical and electronics commodities. Rich's earlier experience at Sheldahl Flexible Technologies involved roles as Plant Manager, Engineering and Maintenance Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included operational management, process improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Rich holds a degree in Industrial Technology/Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
