Ryan Eberhardt

Ryan Eberhardt is an experienced engineering manager currently leading Global Powertrain Systems R&D at Bobcat Company since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing a global team to develop innovative products and complex programs. Previously, Eberhardt served as a Lead Engineer and Senior Design Engineer at Textron Specialized Vehicles, focusing on project leadership, NVH specifications, and powertrain components for various vehicle types. Eberhardt's earlier roles include Mechanical Engineer III at Arctic Cat, Mechanical Designer at CNH Industrial, and Mechanical Designer at ADC, with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering gained from a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
