Dan Frame has a strong work experience in the washroom equipment industry with Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc. Dan started their journey in 2000 as a Marketing Product Manager, where they were responsible for the profitability of the toilet partition product line and developed sales tools for additional sales. Dan then progressed to various leadership roles within the company, including General Manager from 2002 to 2005, Division Manager for Bobrick Mid-Continent from 2005 to 2006, and Division Manager for Gamco, a Division of Bobrick Washroom Equipment from 2006 to 2014. In their last role with the company, they served as the Division Manager of Bobrick Los Angeles from 2014 to 2019, where they directed and coordinated operational activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Dan then transitioned to the role of Business Unit Director from 2019 to 2022, where they were responsible for the success of the Toilet Partitions business unit, including profitability and new product development. Currently, they serve as the Vice President - Partitions and Cubicles, overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including P&L, business development, and new product development. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, create business growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
Dan Frame attended Pierce College from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Dan then attended the University of Santa Monica from 1995 to 1996 and studied psychology.
