Amanda Carter

Amanda Carter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda started their career as Administrative Support in the Art Department at Humboldt State University in 2002, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Ellington Handbags as a Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2012. During their time at Ellington Handbags, they also worked as a Marketing Manager at Ooligan Press from April to December 2008. In 2012, Amanda joined Bob's Red Mill as a Marketing Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Marketing in November 2017. Amanda is currently holding this position at Bob's Red Mill.

Amanda Carter completed their BA in Art History and Writing from Humboldt State University between 1999 and 2004. Later, they pursued postgraduate work in Writing (Book Publishing) at Portland State University from 2006 to 2008.
