Brice O'Laughlin is a data strategy and analytics professional with extensive experience in business analysis and technical support spanning several companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Data Strategy and Analytics at Bob's Red Mill since June 2021, Brice has led Power BI development, facilitated D365 implementation as a data and reporting liaison, and managed legacy reporting as a product owner. Prior experience at The Greenbrier Companies involved roles as a Technical Support Specialist focusing on data analysis, cost management, and EDI system support, as well as serving as an Auditor conducting billing analysis and contract negotiations. Brice began a career in data analysis at A&D Discount Tobacco Shops Inc., overseeing administrative support, report generation, and process reviews. Brice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
