David Chen

David Chen is an experienced Senior Psychometrician with roles at the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer and Quadterion since July 2025, previously serving in a similar capacity at Meazure Learning and Scantron. Throughout a career spanning over a decade, David Chen has conducted various statistical analyses, contributed to psychometric studies, and supported assessment and evaluation projects in academic settings, including the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of Maryland School of Social Work. David Chen holds a PhD in Educational Research Methodology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
